Afloton Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the limited data handling practices for the Cockroach Runner mobile application (the "Game") to ensure full compliance with Google Play Store Policies, Google AdMob Policies, GDPR, and CCPA.

1. Information We Collect & Process

1.1 Game Progress Data (Stored Locally Only)

All in-game progress data, including your high scores, coin balances, unlocked skins, purchase records, and settings preferences, is stored locally on your device using secure Android local storage.

• This data is never sent to our servers.
• This data is fully deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its storage cache in your device settings.

1.2 Third-Party Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

To keep the Game free-to-play, we integrate Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to serve ads. Google AdMob may automatically collect and process:

• Mobile Advertising ID: Google Advertising ID (GAID) to manage ad frequency capping, attribution, and optional personalization.
• Device Metrics: Device manufacturer, OS version, screen size, time zone, and language settings.
• Approximate Location: Coarse IP address data used purely to deliver locally relevant advertisements (e.g., country level).

2. Advertising & User Consent (GDPR / CCPA)

In accordance with GDPR (European Union) and CCPA (California), we utilize Google’s official User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to offer clear consent choices upon launch:

• European Economic Area (EEA) / UK Users: You can select whether to consent to personalized advertisements or view non-personalized ads. You can revoke or change your choice at any time inside the Game Settings.
• California Residents: You can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (advertising identifiers) at any time.
• Opting Out via Device: You can disable personalized tracking globally on your device: Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization / Reset Advertising ID.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Cockroach Runner is rated 13+ and is not intended for or directed towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has accessed the Game, all data remains strictly local on their device and can be erased instantly by uninstalling the Game.

4. Data Deletion

Because all in-game progress data is stored locally, you have complete control over your data. Simply uninstalling the Game or choosing "Clear Data" inside the Android application manager permanently deletes 100% of your gameplay files.
