Welcome to Cockroach Runner. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the Cockroach Runner mobile application (the "Game") developed by Afloton Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the Game.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible Android device.

2. In-Game Currency & Items

• The Game features in-game virtual currency ("Coins") and items (character skins, power-up levels) that are earned solely through gameplay.
• These virtual coins and items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be traded, transferred, or redeemed for actual cash, and belong purely to in-game progression.
• Because all progression data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the Game, clearing the application data, or resetting your device will permanently erase all earned coins, skins, and high scores. We are unable to restore any lost local data.

3. Advertising

The Game is free-to-play and is supported by third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the Game, you acknowledge that Google AdMob may serve banner, interstitial, or optional rewarded ads. Any interactions with these ads are subject to Google's policies and the options selected in the launch consent screen.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, hack, cheat, decompile, or modify the Game's code, local save structures, or in-game asset systems. Any abuse of in-game mechanics is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, logos, characters, code, audio files, and game designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Afloton Private Limited. All rights are reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Afloton Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
