Data Deletion Instructions

Google Play Store's Data Safety Policy requires developers to provide a dedicated web link where users can request the deletion of their accounts and data. This page describes how to delete your data for the Shadow Ronin mobile game.

Offline-Only Status: Shadow Ronin operates 100% offline. We do not host game accounts or store your player data (such as coins, scores, and unlocks) on our servers. Consequently, deleting your data is performed entirely at the device level.

1. How to Delete All Game Data via OS Settings

To erase your high scores, collections, and custom settings permanently, you can delete the local databases on your device:

For Android Devices:

  1. Open the device's Settings app.
  2. Go to Apps & Notifications (or App Management).
  3. Select Shadow Ronin from the list of installed applications.
  4. Tap on Storage & Cache.
  5. Select Clear Storage (or Clear Data). This permanently purges all save files and virtual inventory items.

For iOS Devices (Apple iPhone/iPad):

  1. Press and hold the Shadow Ronin app icon on your home screen.
  2. Tap Remove App, then select Delete App to confirm. This removes the app and clears all sandboxed UserDefaults settings from your iCloud storage.

No Deletion Request Necessary: Because we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or gameplay information to any online servers, you do not need to submit a data deletion request. There are no accounts to delete and no records stored on our databases.

2. Diagnostic Data Deletion

If you have previously submitted manual feedback or sent bug diagnostics logs containing your device ID/email to support@afloton.com, you can request their deletion at any time by contacting: support@afloton.com.

Upon receipt of your email request, we will search our email servers and crash report databases, and permanently delete any messages or diagnostic logs referencing your email address or device ID within 72 hours.
