Welcome to Shadow Ronin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shadow Ronin mobile application (the "Game") provided by Afloton Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing and playing the Game, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or accessing the Game, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence, or that you have received explicit parental/guardian consent to play. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or play the Game.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All aspects of the Game—including visual assets, vector graphics, Japanese Ink Wash paintings, character designs, animations, and sound effects/music tracks rendered via Soloud—are the exclusive intellectual property of Afloton Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3. Local Inventory & Virtual Items

Shadow Ronin contains an in-game virtual shop where you can unlock custom characters (like Kage or Hayate), weapons (such as Naginata), and cosmetics (like Oni or Kitsune masks) using coins collected during gameplay or earned through rewarded ads:

Offline Storage: All virtual coins, high scores, upgrades, and cosmetic unlocks are saved locally on your device's memory.
No Server Backups: Because we do not run account databases, **Afloton cannot recover lost items, scores, or coins**. If you uninstall the Game, clear the app data, or factory-reset your device, all progress and local inventory will be permanently deleted.
No Cash Value: In-game coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real-world currency or transfer-traded to other users.

4. Ads & Third-Party Content

The Game is free to play and features interstitial and rewarded advertisements powered by Google AdMob. While we strive to maintain a high-quality ad experience, Afloton does not control, endorse, or verify the content of third-party advertisements displayed during play.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AFLOTON PRIVATE LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL RUN CONTINUOUSLY, BE BUG-FREE, OR WORK CORRECTLY ON ALL MOBILE HARDWARE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AFLOTON PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS AND PLAY THE GAME.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Afloton Private Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
